The Cultivar Coratina

Leader of the Apulian olive heritage, the cultivar Coratina is characterized by the high percentage of polyphenols and a very low acidity. Its intense fruity completely envelops the palate with hints of tomato, cut grass and the aftertaste of artichoke and bitter almond that enhance the taste. Coratina monocultivar oil is the apotheosis of taste in a healthy, balanced and Mediterranean diet.
