The olive farm Fratelli Fiore has lived through three generations and today has 22 hectares of organic farming located in the north of Bari, precisely in the countryside of Grumo Appula.

Harvesting takes place from trees selected by the company and the Fiore family is personally responsible for choosing only those considered excellent for production.
